And I'm sick of it. I can't even tell you how sick of it I am.

Ok maybe not EVERY day.

Not knowing who you will find in the mirror each morning can be exhausting (on the down days), and exhilerating (on the up days). Ride it out, Nessa, just a moment at a time. I woke up to feeling like I have the flu and I don't i just get really intense body pains when i have any kind of a shift and I was in "overdrive" for a couple of days so I knew the crash was coming. It IS exhausting though. If you are at work, you can always go hide in the bathroom for a bit if you need to. If you are at home, distract yourself and try to get outdoors for a walk.

I feel that way too. My husband has a different wife everyday. Lol. It is tiresome.

It gets better once you understand that Nessa is behind / beneath each mood shift.

I remember how exhausting, confusing and frustrating it was for me. Never knew if I was coming or going, floating or speeding... Trying times I'll give you that.

You're still you, bp doesn't have the ability to change that unless we give it the power to. Riding the waves is much easier on the psyche than sparring with them, and that starts with acceptance.

Nessa I hope you feel better soon.

Those are the exact words I've said so many times. Who's coming to the party? It's misery, but remember its always changing and some days you get a good one.

I agree with this. I think getting to the bottom of why you're feeling the way you do can really help with the day to day challenges. Are you in therapy, Nessa? If so, is it helping you to tease out what's going on on any given day?
