I constantly feel almost like my skin is to tight on my body or something. Has anyone else experienced this before and have you found anything that helped?

I'm not sure if I've ever experienced this, but I know that others have. I think showers are recommended! Or a nice long bath to relax your muscles.

I feel tense quite a bit, so sometimes the parts of me that are really feeling tense? I sorta push at them with two of my fingers. Hurts like a beep sometimes but after a while it feels like it's loosened up a bit.

Breathing exercises help me sometimes if I have to sit through something and can't sit still. Breathe in and squeeze your hands really hard, then breathe out and release your hands. This helps me relieve some tension sometimes. I don't know about skin feeling too tight though.

Breathing exercises help me as well.

I breathe in really deeply, inhaling for as long as I can, making my chest rise as far as it can go. While doing this I count in my head. I imagine that my body is being filled with good things like healing and peace. Then breathe out until I count to that same number. I imagine that all the pain, suffering and illness is leaving my body. Every few times I try to make the breaths longer and longer.

I have had these horrible feelings before thankfully they were short lived and the only relief I could find was gentle streaching exercises, think mine are mild panic related, best of luck to you.
