Does anyone get this? I have days like today where I feel invisible and like no one hears or sees me properly and it slides into paranoia quickly

Yes.

I'm sorry your dealing with these feelings, it sucks !

I manage those days by using loads of coping skills ... the best ones for me are grounding skills and Mindfulness when I am feeling invisible.. If I catch it quick enough I am able to avoid the paranoia all together.

PM me if you want more info or just need someone to talk to about it.

Me too sometimes, so lonely & lost feeling. Sometimes I stay in bed all day when it's like that and call it self nurturing. If you could manage to get out and get outside and garden, pull weeds, trim bushes or flowers - it's very grounding. My rose bush is sometimes my best friend. Hope you feel better soon. I try to remind myself it will pass...
