Has anyone found any useful Android apps to record bipolar moods?

I use T2 Mood Tracker. If I remember to write in it every day when moods are changing and once a week when I'm stable, it's gives me a good picture of what's going on with my bipolar.
I started recording in March 2013 and it really helps.
You can record stress, irritability, tiredness, all kinds of things, and you can look at a chart of your moods.
There's also a diary. I find the diary really useful. When I'm in a mood, I just write freeform. Sometimes I can't analyze the mood when I'm in it. If I go back to the note later, I can see what mood I was in, and I label each day - sad, depressed, hypo, irritable, etc. You can go back and read all of your diary notes and edit them. Sometimes I add an addendum to my notes like: This happened because.... or this happened when...
I find T2 Mood Tracker really helpful. And it helps when I see my therapist or pdoc and they ask what's been going on. I can show then the chart, and say I was depressed this day, hypo that day and it helps them help me.
You can set a password on this app so no one else can read it. You can also export your data to the SD card on your device.
And the best thing? It's totally free
