I've been walking 2+ miles a day and I feel a lot better about things. I've been able to come off Seroquel to sleep, b/c after walking I'm so tired. I signed up for the ASPF suicide prevention walk in October, so my goal is to do 3 miles. My back feels so much better, which means I'm not depressed about being in pain all the time. Yay for exercising.

Thanks for this!
Anika.

Great Job !

I just started my sixth week of the Chris Powell weight loss challenge. I have lost 13 pounds and six inches.

I have been doing a fitness walking video. When the weather gets cooler I will start walking outside. My goal is to be able to go on a 3 to 4 hour hike with my hiking group. I have not hiked with them in 2 years.

I am still on seroquel, but I am weaning down. I have never been able to lose weight on seroquel before this.

Doing this is helping me keep things together.

Grats speed and mo!

Make sure you stretch before walking. I need to get into a routine to stretch myself.
