I am a new member so I thought I would introduce myself. I am also new to figuring out the whole forum thing. I am sure there is a lot I need to learn about how to navigate the forum so I can best utilize it. I welcome any direction others may provide. I am currently seeking information on how to manage my illness and overcome depression. I was diagnosed about 4 years ago, but only recently started to wrap my head around accepting it. I still struggle with the stigma portion of things. I am currently not working so answering the question "what do you do for a living" is a big fear of my stigma. I try and live in the present each and every day; the best few years have really sucked!

Whaz up! Living in the present is all we can do. That and view everyday as heaven or hell. As in, life is how we perceive it. Be happy think the best.

Welcome EJB !!
You'll find a lot of friendly caring people here.

For the past 25 years my words to live by have been live for the present, and the serenity prayer.
