Since about 5 October, I have been having problems with sleeping. I am taking sleeping tablets prescribed by the doctor but even with those i am not sleeping. I am also feeling agitated and irritable. I hate this crap. Does this mean yet again they are going to have to review my medication?? I wish for one normal day.......... what is normal anyway??

We can chat at night if you want?? lol, I'm sorry, but let me tell you, you are not alone.
I wish I could have a "normal" night at least once in a while.

Got to love not sleeping...really makes the agitation and irritability worse. Bet you will have to have your meds adjusted. At least try switching to a different sleeping pill.

It could go two ways - try different sleeping pills until you find one that works and maybe, once you're sleeping, you'll feel less agitated and irritable.
Or...get your other meds adjusted (if there are other meds) and see if that helps the sleep issue.

I usually use a combination of both. Adjust the psych meds and while I'm waiting for that to kick in, I rotate through the sleeping pills until I find something that knocks me out.
Also, I try meditation and lots of exercise (don't you hate it when people say that).
Good luck.
