I am waiting for my hearing after nearly two years. I was wondering what others experienced at their hearing? I have some stress that you get beat up that you don't look like anything is wrong, so certainly you could don some kind of work. Thanks

Do you have a disability lawyer? If not, get one who handles SSDI/SSI cases. If you have one, ask him or her to contact the judge's clerk to see if they can flag your case for a prompt hearing.

I was extremely lucky. From my SSDI application to approval; two months. Not bragging. Thoroughly documented treatment resistant ultradian cycling/mixed state bipolar.

Wow, two months. I have a lawyer that I hired about 6 months after filing and then getting denied. He was referred by mypdoc, so I feel there is a good working relationship there.
