Do I or don't I? I still feel like I want to kill myself. My pdoc says to only worry if I start to make plans but I give the carving knife a special look during dinner and my intrusive thoughts are there. On the other hand I went grocery shopping today and even though this woman was agressive to me I didn't get up in her face like i could have. Is this just residual or what?

Intrusive thoughts have a habit of sticking around for a little while out of episode. Remind yourself they will go away.

I suppose they will go away eventually.
On the other hand, I am having a coffee upsized free! I spilled my coffee yesterday and half of it went on the ground. I relayed this story to the barista here at starbucks this morning and she gave me the next size up for the same price!
