I showed this post to a friend of mine and he seemed to get angry with me. He basically saidI liked being manic and he was quite grumpy about it. He then suggested I get a job so I "wouldn't think these thoughts" because I wouldn't have the time to. We ended up with him grumpy at me for watching tv while we were chatting and then he said he was going to bed! This is someone I've shared my blog with. There's some very private stuff in there and I feel judged by him lately regarding what I've written.
Thoughts? I need to plug this thing in and go to bed. Just had to vent....

Honestly he can't understand the sadness (greif/loss) that is rolled in with the relief and fear when coming down from mania knowing that at some point you will bottom out.
 Let him be grumpy.
