Hide in bed with curtains closed. Then put on a happy face to pick kid up from school & sports & get groceries. Hope that the episode will end soon..

If you use medication, be certain that it's the very best available for you. Have levels checked regularly, and discuss any changes with your psychiatrist.

Eat 3 healthy meals and two small healthy snacks per day. No junk food.

That's hard for me. Sometimes I just don't feel like eating, but I'll try to to do it.

Go to bed at the same time all the time, and get out of bed at the same time every day. Even if you are just laying there.

Don't indulge in great ideas, purchaces, making major changes, etc... without at least waiting a month. If the desire still persists... then consider it more seriously. Never give in! hahahahaha

Adhere to a schedule
Exercise @ 40 min 3-5x's a week
Volunteer or do something to help others and get out of your head
If you can't moderate don't use illicit drugs including alcohol
Rise above the little people who gossip
