I've been diagnosed bipolar and lately I've been on a bad down swing. Can't find good in anything and I don't enjoy anything anymore. Unfortunately when I'm up it isn't good either. I'm paranoid, anxious and sometimes very angry and irritable. I know it will pass eventually.

I understand, I'm diagnoised bipolar 1 and have been on the down swing for 9 months now. Keep telling myself it will change but with every new drug they try nothing seems to help. And like you when I'm up I have issues as well, such as anger and irritability. Glad to have you here at PC. It helps to know we are not alone.
