Hi all,

I just wanted to express myself here today. I am feeling tired due to lack of sleep. Triggers came up yesterday that I responded to in ways that have resulted in stress (I take total responsibility for my reactions). I am feeling the slow slide downward and need to force myself outside to go for a run. That is what keeps me halfway sane. Hoping that just by putting this out there that it will encourage me to follow through on what I need to do for myself to halt the downward movement into a grounded state.

Wow, good for you, I so admire people who go for runs (maybe me someday)
It's really healthy and likely will help your mood improve, seriously good job
Thanks for this!

I think that is a good way to keep yourself on the up side. Release those endorphins!
