Alokin. After spending a year depressed. I had a hard time seeing the good, but as of last week I'm being to swing back the other way. I hope I land in the middle.

I can only see the good in bi-polar when I am in my manic phase. I get really creative and feel really good during that time. Unfortunatly, now I am in my depressive phase and am dealing with a lot of guilt. I am glad that PC is here so I can share things and help other people when I can.
