I think I’m going through a manic phase right now and should mention it to my psychiatrist- I think I’m more bipolar, and she thought perhaps I might be too so I think this shows more evidence of that.
I went to bed a bit after 3:30 AM last night and got up at quarter to 10AM and did chores around my place, then went to the gym, and here I am, not tired at all, wired in fact(my day off from work). Though I am hungry and haven’t eaten yet . . .. .. It comes and goes like this. For a while It was mostly fatigued and tired and fighting depression. Then once or twice a week I'd be like this (wired and energetic, needing little sleep), and then back to mostly depressed. Now it seems more days than not I'm feeling manic and energetic, irritable, needing less sleep- so I guess I'm becoming more manic. Does this sound like bipolar?

Gotta go eat now . . .(it's only 1:55PM my time)

If it is, you are rapid cycling. Need to let your doctor know whats going on. Usually the moods last much longer than that, like I was depressed for a year, since my last manic faze. But I have done like you and rapid cycled like that. It will tire you out.
