I went to my T today. I felt more agitated and stressed out than when I got there I was under the impression that I could tell him how I felt and he would listen and give some advice. We talked about a few questions but I felt let down. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes sometimes they give you the "tough love" treatment and it drives me bonkers.
