I have been in a mixed episode over the last two weeks. During that time I have had little stable moments. I wish instead of the anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations I could be normal (stable). I have been having trouble sleeping and then feeling great but then I have trouble sleeping then I'm slow the next day. Well anyway I would just like to feel normal

I am sorry you are having so much trouble, I spend a lot of time in mixed states. A LOT. Hang in there, it will pass, use your coping skills.
