I just can't do this anymore

I'm too mentally exhausted. There is too much to keep track of what with my and my kids' doctors appointments. Two aren't doing their school worķ at all it seems. My ex says its all my fault. Then there are the hallucinations. They aren't every second, but they are getting nastier when they happen. Then there's my financial situation. Should I go on? I'm so past it. I want to watch tv for a year straight and never see anyone.

I know what its like in the kid department and having to keep track of EVERYTHING.
Its so much pressure and fear of failure.
Between the doc app, and specialist app, and school functions and iep meetings etc. and my own "issues" and ex issues and money issues its enough to make me want to run away.

This to shall pass, I mean it has too..

I just can't keep it in my head. Its like water off a duck's back. And I have a bit calendar! Tomorrow I guess I only have to get my blood drawn. Its only a week overdue....

And one I don't know where it is. Its at the hospital somewhere. That's a lot of help.

Moose, hang on. You can make it. Talk to your doctor about the hallucinations.

I don't know where at least one of these appointments is and I don't have a phone number. I did get a letter but I don't know if its related to this appointment or not. I will mention the hallucinations next month when I see her I guess.

I feel so disorganized.

Now my tv shows just went out. Nice. Nope. Back. Live tv is working. Recorded tv isnt.

Good thing my meds are all in a pill box. I dont think i could count that many out tonight.

Im so worn out i cant hate myself anymore. Im too worn down.

I'm very organized and I still miss tons of things. My most helpful thing is the phone calendar with alarms. Literally I don't leave the building without entering it. Does your kids school have a website you can check? It is not your fault it happens, the school year has just started now that you know what is going on you can try to prevent it. Your ex will try to blame anything on you. Have you talk to the kids about it?

Deep breaths....one hour at a time. You do can do this. I totally get the being disorganized bit. it is a big struggle for me. I think managing kids is harder than managing my own life. You are going to get over this hump. You are worth it. Your kids are worth it. hang in there.

I know how you feel. You're not alone, and that's all I add because words usually don't stop the immediate pain. I admire you for raising children though. You're in my thoughts.

I am no expert, but the very fact that you are trying and looking for help is something you can put value to yourself. I can relate with you, but please look at the good you are doing. As long as your are trying you are winning.

tv is an amazing distraction and so equally such a freaking let down....

On top of it all all the radio talks about is obamacare. I'm so sick of hearing about how broken it is and how much everyone is going to have to pay.

I was just sitting with a friend and I tried to be happy for her buying a house and making a ton of money but it was really difficult. I just really want to go back to sleep.

I think I found it. I can ask at the front desk if I need more information.

I was supposed to have coffee with my friend today but its way past when he told me to call and he's not answering his phone. Sad. Want to crawl back in bed. I'd have to go home for that. At least I'd have 2 1/2 hours where I could still sleep before having to get the kids from school. Actually, I'd like to sleep here right in the middle of starbucks. I'd probably get mugged. My other friend left. She had stuff to.

Starbucks is a great place to hang out. Don't know if they let you sleep there.

Glad you got out and had coffee with a friend but I know it is hard to sit and listen to someone else that has so much good news and not feel down a bit. I forunately, don't have any friends like that. I have 2 and the only thing that they have better is they don't have mental health issues, but they both have health issues, so I figure we're pretty even.
