I think it's more of a joke because that's what they Always tell us. But there is usually more to healing & being healthy than only meds.

Yeah, it's "take your meds" and it, indeed, is a joke. Because it's advice easy to give, it's somewhat automatic but in no way usually solves the turmoil one is in currently.

And I feel it's often moot, cause most people here already take their meds and when they mess with them it's usually for damn good reason and if they don't wanna take them, you will not convince them in twelve letters (elections slogans are usually longer and they fail to convince).
