I hope you are feeling better. I've had pneumonia twice. It is awful. I hope you get some sleep, as well. Glad to hear you are yawning a bit - hopefully you can get sleep soon. I know it is hard, but try and take it easy on yourself with feeling "behind" on housework. You're sick and you work and you are a mom ... a bunch on your plate, so to speak.
One thing that helps me is to set a timer for 15 minutes and do housework until the timer runs out. I also make my bed. It makes a big difference for me. I hope you feel better soon. |

Wow! I really feel for you. No sleep can significantly impair your enotional health. Especially if you're bipolar. Also you cannot afford to be like this for your physical health. I would hope you will accept any meds that are offered that may help. You really need rest. Take care and good luck!

Yes. At one time, I was on 400mg of Trazodone plus 20mg of Ambien and it stopped working! Very frustrating. Right now, if Inrealky want to sleep well, I'm taking 2mg of Xanax and it's helping sleep for at least a few hours. Good luck!

What about in the morning? I have been getting to sleep but I feel med hungover in the mornings. Get my son to school & want to go back to bed. Coffee doesn't do much for me. My functioning is bad right now. Only able to work 1-2 hrs remotely a day & haven't been in my office to physiclly work with my employees for almost 2 months (it's embarrassing). Now there's this anxiety wall I feel panicked about the hour drive over there. And this morning I'm so tired just want to sleep. Very embarrassed how incompetent I feel
