How many of you guys get this? Like somedays I'll be kinda in a "high" and later I feel so incredibaly empty and everything is like hazy? I kinda just zone out. I'll be with my boyfriend and I get so confused I can't tell if its real life or what. Maybe delusional? I feel like doing something to snap out of it. I don't know what to do

I had that so I decided I was my husband's imaginary friend. Later my therapist threw around the word depersonalation and delusions due to anxiety but I really wasn't able to pay attention well. It took about a week to feel that wasn't true but I know it's scary. I think that's just what our brains do when it's to much.
