Lately I feel my meds aren't working. I'm crabby, irritable, short tempered, hyper focused, butting in to everyones conversions, and too tired to do anything outside of work.

not trying to attack you, but at least you're still able to work, lol.

Maybe you've gotten use to the dose and it needs to be increased.

I would see my pdoc asap so you can get back to where you were.

How long have they previously worked? It could be you don't have the right balance yet.

Not really. I'm getting close to filing FMLA. I've been annoying people and have been spoken to by supervisor.

They increased my xanax from .50 2x day to 1mg 2x day w/.50 prn.
My prozac hasn't been increased since switching from Paxil. Tegretol has been same for many years.

I was on the same meds before that since 1997.

what behaviors are annoying people?

I've heard that ADs poop out often with people who are bipolar. Maybe the prozac should be replaced?

The time of year can be a factor too. Lots of people have a degree of Seasonal Affective Disorder due to the short, gloomy days and the low angle of the sunlight in winter. And your meds should definitely be reviewed....I can't even imagine being on the same meds in the same dosages for that many years (but then, I've never been stable for more than a few months).

See your doctor ASAP. You deserve to feel better than this.

Sad isn'too bad. I work under a lot of light so it helps.

I was stable, adjusting dose levels as needed. At least until this last year.

My mom's wondering if the xanax is causing aggitation.

I think the stress at work is causing BP symptoms to increase, triggering it. My life is not balanced.

My next appointment is in Feb but I'm going to call doc tomorrow to bump up. I'm also looking into some counseling.

No, xanax not the cause, if any thing that should calm you. Unless you take them too much then your body wants more and tells you it's not happy.

Could also just be a fluke. Some times I feel like my meds stopped working too. We forget that everyone goes thru normal mood swings too and this could be just that.

Maybe it's just all the stress from family life and work.

I feel like I had a breakthrough at work. I'm trying really hard to be positive and happier.
