I feel like I am losing it... Scared! I often cannot follow conversations and feel like I am watching people in a movie. Not sleeping. Sometimes feel like I have smoked pot (haven't) or drunk. I cannot concentrate at work...
What should I do?

Contact your Pdoc right away .. until then just breathe , self grounding and soothing activities ..

I don't have a pdoc- I hate the one I had 5 y ago (have been ok for 5 y).
