It's been happening to me for a long time, it seems first I have trouble thinking to the point I was trouble putting words together in my head. When that happens it's absolute panic time.
While before and after that I'll have difficulty thinking, so I'll be anxous about it. Like I'm losing consciousness so I freak out, thinking I may be going into a coma and I must be able to keep thinking or I'll die! Today I woke up and felt depression and anxiety right off the bat. But i almost feel like the confusion part is unrelated, even though it probably is. Because it's not an emotion. I had to sit down, turn all the lights off and relax and I feel a bit better. My question is simply, do you experience these symptoms??? Before or after medication or both?? I am currently unmedicated and have been for months as a personal choice, but Im open to going back on once the waiting list is up for new Pdoc! |

I get that when I have migraines. Also if my anxiety is to high. It's like everyone's speaking a different language. I get this both on and off the medication my PRN anti-psychotic helps. When it gets really bad.
