FIRST my hair dryer broke and I had to go to the Dr and everywhere else with horrible ridiculous hair!
Then the chiropractor was so painful for my TMJ! Then I checked my bank acct and realized just how horribly broke I am with a ton of bills! Then I had a dental appointment and it hurt to get numbed and Im terrified of the dentist anyway! I was so anxious the whole time. Now Im just aggravated entirely and want to be alone. And maybe do bad things. |

Hey, HALLIEBETH! After such a bad day, I encourage you to find some good things to do--such as watch a good show on TV, read a good back, take a warm bubble bath--or anything along that line.

I went to bed like super early last night and slept in today. Then I did yard work for my friend so I think the exercise will help me...
