Hi,
Today has been a really bad day for me.
No sleep last night, this morning I am buzzing around can't stay still very long, everything seems much louder, things are annoying me that I would not normally take notice of, the wind is howling so much its giving me a headache.
Spoke to mental health nurse, emergency psychiatrist appointment monday.
I really don't know what's going on.

I notice that when I don't get any or enough sleep the world and light seems to explode in my face. Everything seems so much over the top than normal...reminds me how important rest is...i hope with some rest these issues will decrease. Peace!
Thanks for this!

thank you, had about 2 hours last night, its amazing how not getting enough sleep can bring on these horrible symptoms, will have to try harder to get into good sleeping habit,it just seems impossible at times.

have you tried taking something to help you sleep? I use trazadone for when I can't sleep.
