good day to all
My mind is bombarded with questions and I don’t know who to ask. I have rapid though cycles (bipolar) and with ADD I get lost in my own world all the time. I feel isolated from everything and everyone. My thoughts feel to far apart to share with people around me like they wont catch up, I think to fast. It creates a chain reaction and I drift farther apart from everyone around me. I feel so far away I don’t even know how to share my feelings with my parents or Doctor. I know that I hear and see things that is not real and that also isolates me because I do not want to tell my parents about my hallucinations. I have 2 friends who accept me and my craziness. Of lately they are very concerned and say they notice I get lost and stay lost in my own world for longer periods. I have had a few psychotic episodes an have been hospitalized in my life. I work full time and study part time so I am constantly under pressure to keep it together. I know I am not stupid but I cant shake this hopeless feeling. Does anybody with Bipolar experience the same lost feeling? Thanks.

I don't have bipolar (at least that is what the Pdoc and T say) but I can relate to what you are saying about feeling lost and drifting farther apart and isolated from the rest of the world because you don't know how to properly express all that is going on in your head. I think many people with mental health problems often feel lost. You are not alone.
I'm impressed that you are working full time and also doing your studies. I know that can't be easy. I hope you will get some responses that are helpful to you and also I hope that you will be able to explain to your doctor how you experience things. Good luck to you.
