Does anyone have experience with light boxes?

So it turns out I do have a seasonal affective side to my mood problems, and it helped quite a bit while in inpatient sitting in front of one.

I guess I'm just looking for any input on the subject. How much do they cost? What features should I look for? Should I buy two? Is there a certain spectrum of light or measurement I should I prefer over another?
