Well I have court tomorrow for something that happened in 2011, but my lawyer is trying to get them to take a mental insanity plea, because doctors believe I wasn't in my right mind when this happened.
Around this time, I had already been in and out of mental health hospitals. I was diagnosed with intermentant explosive disorders, which was later recognized as rapid cycling bipolar.
I guess I'm writing because I shouldn't have been off my meds during that time. I should have known that I was in deserparate need of them to function properly, but instead, I asked my Dr if I could be off of them and he just let me...
Luckily I have a better Dr now who really cares for her patience's well being.
I'm not blaming the Dr. I am just saying it was like he didn't even care at all.
Anyway, I feel like I'm jumping all over the place.
I need to do some relaxation techniques.
If y'all don't see me around, then something happened in court.
Thanks for reading.

Think about the repercutions of withdraw during an extremely difficult time. Insanity is hard to plead. I would look into changing your case to a mental health court.

Thanks for the advice. I was granted another pre trial. I don't think we have specific courts for nmental illnesses here.

I'm glad you never had to go to jail. It was a dreadful place.
Thank you for your support.
