Does anyone else use little "rewards" to help get through the day?

Like, since I smoke, I will tell myself I can go have a cigarette after the dishes are done. Or I can have a snack after the laundry is folded. If I take a shower, I can watch T.V. for an hour.

I do. It helps me get things done. I use computer time as a reward or coffee.
