Hey guys, I don't normally do this but my anxiety is too aggressive for me to even want to cope with it, I need someone to talk to? If I lose my head I will do something stupid and I don't want to go down that road xxx

Try lying down on a comfy bed. Breath in deeply through your nose and exhale slowly out your mouth saying the words relax everytime you exhale. Focus on your chest rising and falling.

Hey guys thank you so much for your replies. Someone talked me to sleep but I'm up again now and this anxiety is severe. I can't keep doing this I hate it so much. I'm really trying to help myself and not to cut or OD but it. Just too hard. I'd rather do that then put up with it x

Sending positive thoughts your way. I hope the anxiety clears and you feel a little better. Do you have any techniques for distraction or relaxation? Those can be really helpful.
