Does anybody have trouble with transitioning from one activity to the next? I guess I have some remaining hypo but after being go-go-go and accomplishing things I just collapsed and was not able to do two things I planned for the evening - prepare for a job training session and call a friend as I promised. I could not switch gears.

Likewise. I'm terrible at transition, and I waste so much time just trying to shift gears (e.g. this will usually be in the form of unconnected "prep" activities like getting a snack, or just lying around in bed, or simply continuing with what I was doing before...).

I am thinking of brewing some tea and lighting a scented candle and maybe some music.
