Hi everyone. I have been searching so much lately. You know, isolating and desperately trolling the internet and sometimes reaching out to friends, almost pleading for some way back out of this.... back into the real world.

Anyway, so I find myself seeking solace when depressed. Like I need to be saved. So I found this series on healthcentral.com and found a bunch of very helpful videos. This one resonated, so I'm sharing it here. I'm going to watch it a bunch of times before I go see my doc again because it is so insightful and I don't want to forget it. Cognitive gets frustratingly inconsistent when I'm depressed.

Here is the link. Hope everyone is doing better today than yesterday.

I am going to check this out and try to be able to participate. This is apparently a series that NAMI conducts where they have leading experts participate in question and talk sessions. This one happens to be a bipolar management.

I wanted to share this all with you. I think I am feeling better because I'm doing stuff, even if it's just in my own house mostly.

Turns out this link isn't to the actual call anyway. Oh well. There is a pretty good one by a woman I listened to though. Occurred in 2011, don't remember her name but it talked about circadian rhythms being so important to try to maintain for us.
