Not just today but for the last 6 weeks I've been with my family I've stayed stable and calm. Handled the cancellation of my flight home really well and got compt two nights in a hotel.

Restrained from ripping the head off a very rude employee at work. Sorry, I know it's not very positive, but it took a great effort on my part

Dishes, laundry, vacuumed. Should have washed my hair but I got a call that a case worker would be calling and I don't want to miss it. So, I'm stuck.

Got home from a week on the road for work. Mrs moogs and I went to Sweet Tomatoes, an all you can eat salad bar place, for dinner. I ate a mountain of broccoli salad!

Just took my Latuda and Lamictal. Now I can go to sleep and dream of the fabulous poop I'll have in the morning!

Even though I'm feeling miserable and unheard, I managed to make it to my youngest son's first basketball game. He played great. So proud of the little guy.

I spoke up and asked my husband to run the girls to their activities this morning so I could sleep. I'm overtired from week-long night wake ups being Florence Nightengale for my sick family.

I took the car in to the shop today.

I did the grocery shopping.

I folded 5 baskets of laundry and washed more barfy laundry.

I started looking for another job - possible options for the strike period (weekend job once every 4 weeks).

Took a shower. It took me 12 hours to mentally prepare for it and the actual shower almost killed me, it was exhausting, but now Im squeaky clean.

I spent eight hours working on a book manuscript and tended to the cats. I will unload the dishwasher in a bit. I am now being good to myself by watching TV and reading a book for pleasure. Alas, I always have plans to take a bath or shower every day, but I was not successful this morning. I hope I can actually take a shower and wash my hair before going to bed.
