I'm glad you can still let it go. Letting it go is the only way I've managed through life, that and one day at a time.

Being ill does not make you the worst person, nor does it make you terrible. Those of us here are all ill, we have bipolar and sometimes more, it is not who we are though. DM you are a lovely person and well loved by many here.

You do belong! Try and ride out these feelings by getting some good rest. What makes you think you are the worst person? We don't feel that way about you dm. It's not weak to feel so upset. It comes with the territory of being bipolar. Please know that we care about you. Don't overwhelm yr self with thinking you have to get stuff done today. Just be easy on yr self.
