I feel so...empty.
And sad. I'm a hollow little shell.
I keep leaving myself and watching my body move without me in it.
I could lay in bed all day, alone, alternating between crying and silence.
I'm crossing my fingers that self injury won't rear its ugly head.
Please let this go away soon...

Hope everyone else is having a better day.

Depending on the severity of the depression you may need an antipsychotic, mood stabilizer or antidepressant to become functional. If you are not eating or sleeping you do. Schedule a doctor visit.
