Has anyone ever ended up with ADD after years of taking psych drugs for bipolar?

Technically for diagnosis, ADD needs to be present in childhood. Focus and concentration problems from meds are just focus and concentration problems from meds.

well I now have to take Adderall but was not as a child

After 4 hours with a psychologist, only during the last 5 minutes did we explore this possibility and she expressed regret for only having my personality tested, because she said it sounded like I could have it.
It took 3 months to get that worthless appointment but I discovered I can't tolerate gluten or dairy just recently, and my body feels the best it has in years. Less brain fog, but I still have to work on forgetfullness and getting pulled in all directions. |
