It sometimes seems like everyone understands

...and they just don't...

and maybe they want me to understand?

I seriously doubt it...

I break into pieces...

I was the only one who seen it....

I cannot even believe how damaged I am

I learn...and it is not a bad thing...

I have to limit myself.... and that's hard enough

but I do not want to think about that right now...

every effort I make is dangerous...

I wish I was normal

It is hard for others to understand what you are going through but it is easy to see you are hurting. I wish I was normal, too.
