All the time or just recently? I'd say drink a glass of water and change the background colours to make it easier to read. And breath. Or come back to it later when your heads more clear.

Or mint tea: calming, yet helps you focus.

Im a little slower today but the reading thing where I cant follow the words in order is still going on! That and that I feel like I have to constantly either be singing aloud or in my head. Like 24/7.

I've had that. It sucks, but it should pass. Do you play video games? I find thats a good destruction when it starts really getting on my nerves because it engages my mind and makes me focus, but in a way that I can still be scattered and looped. Might not be my best play through, but it's at least something distracting.

Likely this is part of hypomania and it's good to make some one you trust aware of it so that they can help you and keep you safe if you "go off the handle" for a bit. Or at least someone to tell you it's okay.

As for reading, take your time. You don't need to get everything.
