my favorite lately is,
"Fu¢k IT!" I get totally stressed out and irritable over small things, so today I was getting angry at work stress, and just started chanting..."eff it, eff it, eff it!" Silly, but it works for me.

But if I need to buckle down on something, I'll say "Stand up eight." (Shortened from a saying "Fall down seven times, stand up eight" |

I have 'Breathe' tattooed to my wrist so I can focus on it when I need to. I also have the saying "slow down, seroquel, sleep" when things get to much.

Not exactly a saying, but once I read this quote it resonated with me. It helps me keep the perspective that life is unpredictable, and no matter how I plan, there are sure to be unexpected sorrows and joys, ahead. It's better (for me) to keep a sense of humor, however rueful, and enjoy the crazy ride if I can. |

I would write this over and over while sitting though classes in rehab. Being crazy and sober was effing terrifying (and still is tbh)
