This has probably been done on here before but I am curious. I've always thought that positive affirmations were bull but since as of late my choice is get well or get out I'm trying everything I can.

Right now my two affirmations are:

I deserve to be well.
I deserve to take care I myself.
I will still be loved when I am well.

Those things have been holding me back for over a year and it has to stop. So I will tell myself these affirmations every day.

Do you have any that you say?

Thanks for this!
