what is the easiest way for yall to track your moods when you cant tell when they are changing

hi angel, there is a daily mood tracker above on the right next to "log out" you can track your mood every day and add comments that only you can see

I was going to recommend this one also. It's easy to use and keeps record of your moods over time. You can also use the Mania and Depression quizzes as needed to catch subtle signs that your mood is changing, for example I've felt "off" for a few days and restless/agitated, and as it turns out I'm mildly manic (which I characterize as hypomanic). It's good to keep in touch with yourself so you can do something about an incipient mood swing before it gets out of control.

I am using t2 mood tracker app on my android phone...you can create custom catagories and everything...

Here is a resource I got from a book that I was using for school. I really like this chart because it has a sleep section, anxiety section, and irritability section. Hopefully this can help someone else.

I like to use Imood Journal on my android. since i always have my phone i can use it whenever and you can set the time you want it to remind you to mark how you feel. Love it

I like this too. and you can track whats going on and amount of sleep
