Today is day 4 on Seroquel and it's the first day in over a month that I haven't felt suicidally depressed. The improvement has been minor, but it IS an improvement! At least I feel the tiniest bit hopeful.
Pdoc wants me to stay on 150mg until my appointment with him on Tuesday.

That sounds hopeful. Personally i woult try to stay on the minimum dose that gives you relief. I went through a trauma..my dx originally was major depression reoccurant along with major anxiety winh anorexia on the side...after the trauma anorexia hit big time again & the nightmares of being attached & having my car blown up totally kept me from sleeping so pdoc knocked me out with 600mg of seroquel. I wasn't functional anyway but the seroquel at that dose guaranteed my non- functioning.

So i suggest finding the lowest dose that does the most amount of good
