I have suffered from bipolar 2 depression for 16 years. Manic episodes were very rare but struggled with terrible bouts of deep depression. The depression cost me a marriage, my career and a lot of pain.
I'm here to say to you don't quit! After 16 years I have been depression free! I never quit I always saw my doctor and went to therapy. I'm now on a medicine regiment that is working. I hope my story gives you some degree of hope because I know that is a rare feeling when depressed.
