Ever gone through hypomania...then tired and down....then sad...then UP again...then really really low and anxious then 2 days later feeling ok?

What do u call this???

sounds like cyclothymia....or however that's spelled.

I get that...sometimes.

cyclothymia is a type of bipolar...look it up...something to bring up with your pdoc.

From what I understand if left untreated you can go into a full blown manic episode or full blown depressive episode. I would talk to your pdoc as soon as possible. I have mixed episodes and it is no fun at all, so I can kind of relate to what you are dealing with right now.

Rapid cycling bipolar 1 here.

For me that means I normally have cyclothymia symptoms, but occasionally full-blown mania or depression.

Well I know its bipolar but I was just wondering if anyone else expeiences this within like 2-3 weeks

Yes, I have. I think of it as rapid mood changes. Technically it may not qualify as rapid cycling by the book. But it still can be harmful in ones life.
