How do unemployed, uninsured, and unemployable get a job to get real treatment. My treatment of 7 months ain't helped, medicine does nothing, and I am no better than I was 7 months ago, except I ain't flipped enough to try to harm myself. As soon as my very last dollar is gone, nothing will stop me then. And it's within a couple of months reach of being completely broken.
My last 15 years of work was in a retail type sales nature. Dealing with people was number one. I am in no way ready to deal with the stress of dealing with folks again.

No matter what people say, such as it will get better and all that kind of BS doesn't help.

FACT: When the system fails fails people, people fail the system.

Now I remember why I never go to the doctor. I lost faith in the health care sysyem in the U.S. years ago. Profit and big pharma sales over results at all cause.
Thanks for this!

Have you tried to get onto Medicare or Medicaid? That has helped me pay for my meds. If what Rx you're on isn't helping, it's good to try something else. Took 5 years for me to find what works for my brain. Best wishes to you as you go through all this!

While I agree, in theory, to your last statements, we can only use what we have...like elections not voting is still voting in a sense.

Please don't give up...use the system to beat the system so to speak!

This is how I felt, honestly go to the er and ask to talk to a case worker they'll help you get admitted or an appointment out patient and apply for medicaid so you have way to pay for it.
