So I don't have any specific examples, but I am guessing it's easy for any of us to really over think stuff...like how we are feeling etc. Or maybe I have been underthinking every for so long that now I am actually thinking about emotional state more normally.

Thoughts? If I can think of examples I will let you know.

THanks,

I used to drive myself crazy over thinking even the simplest of things. Making decisions was ( and still is to some degree ) a nightmare. But then i have purely obsessional ocd alongside bp so that hasnt helped. I have been doing a DBT skills workbook that has really helped and my new mantra when i start to get caught up in my thoughts is " I can only deal with the present, with this exact moment in time " ... so far it's working !

I over think things sometimes...because I'm trying so hard to understand. Still miss things. All the time. So I guess over thinking is pointless.
