You will find this forum extremely helpful, there are truly some amazing people around here with tons of experience. I call them the vets. I always pay very close attention to what they say and the experiences they have had and are having.

One word of advice though, pace yourself and set boundaries. When you leave the forum, leave everyone's problems there, don't hang on to them. There are many of us to support them. It can easily tern into a negative experience if you carry people struggles with you.

Welcome, glad you are here

This place is fabulous. I know that I can come here and speak how I feel. No one thinks I'm strange.

This forum is awesome. I wish I would have thought to come a long time ago. I now consider it part of my treatment.
