I recently experienced a mild depression and he upped it to 250. Just yesterday, so I don't know if it's working yet. Besides, he upped my geodon, too. I just want to feel better with no side effects, and hope it does the trick.

I take 200mg in am and 200mg I'm pm. 400mg a day is the highest dose you can take so my pdoc says. I've had no side effects and I've been on this dose for 10 years. In addition I take an anti psychotic and am ad. The geodon...the ap...makes the lamictal work better and keeps me out of hypo mania. Maybe talk to yr pdoc about increasing it? Hope I've helped you. I wish you luck.
