Can you just take a 10 minute walk ? sometimes getting some air helps .. The sunlight will certainly help.

Is there any place you like to be? Like the beach, a forest, a park - someplace you can go and enjoy and the act of getting there (even walking from the car to the ideal spot) is some movement.

Maybe just a change in scenery? As in, even just going to another room.
I have tried just changing my position too. So I would try standing in the room for a set period of time (like 5 minutes an hour.)
It helps me to break things down into itty-bitty steps sometimes. Then you get a success with each step. Good luck
